Management Trainee Program In 2010
Management Trainee Program is one of a major strategies in Internatinal Minh Viet (IMV. The business development of the company requires the resource of junior management, who have been equipped with certain fundamental business skills and functional knowledge in order to handle the complex business environment in the future.
The object of this program is for fresh graduates from well-known local universities. IMV aims to develop creative, talented and ambitious graduates into our future leaders.

1. Each Management Trainee will have a Mentor who is a department head in order to support him/ her during the development period. This arrangement does not influence the reporting relationship between the Management Trainee and line managers where the project / assignment is being taken.

Who can apply
We are looking for talented fresh graduates with the following qualifications

Vietnamese nationality

University fresh undergraduates or graduates with maximum 1 year experience

Good GPA (Grade Point Average) min 7 out of 10 or equivalent.

English fluency and computer literacy

High can-do spirit, commitment, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.
