1996:  
   International Minh Viet Joint Stock Company (IMV-JSC), previously is known as International Modern Ltd. was established with a total investment of 375 billion Vietnam dong.
1997:  
  The Fujifilm factory was constructed specialized in producing color film, photographic paper and camera in Vietnam, at Cu Chi District, HCMC, with a total area of 32.000 m2.
1998:  
  The manufacturer, which was installed equipment system complying with technical and quality standards of Japan’s Fujifilm, was completed and operated.
IMV opened its branches in Hanoi and Danang
1999:  
  The company embarked in the project of developing baby care products Pigeon - a top brand of Japanese on baby care products.
2000:  
  The company changed name to International Minh Viet Ltd. Company.
2001:  
  The People's Committee awarded certificate of merit to IMV for its contribution to cultural activities and charity in Ho Chi Minh City.
2002:  
  IMV was honorably awarded the medal "For the development of photography in Vietnam"
2003:  
  IMV was authorized by Fujifilm as a distributor of products for graphic art and printing industry in Vietnam.
In order to meet customers’ demands as well as build a consistent distribution channel, IMV opened branch in Can Tho province
2004:  
  Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee awarded certificate of merit to IMV for its active participation in major events of the city such as National cycling championship, Green summer campaign, the Fork Art and Culture Festival.
2005:  
  IMV launched product line of skin care with the brand name Kaila for teenagers in Vietnam.
IMV has appointed Phnom Penh as the base to control Cambodia market. The strong partnership and collaboration with local counterpart has eventually make IMV position become stronger in Cambodia-as a seed to expand to other Indochina region.
2006:  
  The Chamber of Industry and Commerce Vietnam awarded a certificate to IMV for the Pigeon brand as it is the famous brand in Vietnam, voted by consumers.
IMV launched Emoto which is the 1st electricity motorbike in Vietnam to fulfill the market demand as save cost on transportation and fuel expenditure.
2007:  
  The most successful year of Emoto brand and Emoto sales team of IMV.
2008:  
  IMV was transformed from Ltd. to Joint-stock company.
2009:  
  IMV was awarded a certificate of merit by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for its active participation in investment and excellent achievement in business and contribution to community activities for many consecutive years in commemoration of 20 years of attracting foreign investment into the city area.
2010:  
  The office building (headquarters) of IMV located at the center of the Phu My Hung new urban area, formally completed and put into use with a total area of 5702 m2.
2011:  
 
  • IMV Center Inauguration Ceremony in May 24
  • IMV expands business into Indochina such as Lao and Myanmar
