International Minh Viet Joint Stock Company (IMV) is an international marketing and distribution company with domestic experience, local distribution network and domestic manufacturing facility. IMV is manufacturer and distributor of international brands such as Fujifilm and Pigeon from Japan, and internally developed brands such as Kaila (skin care and toiletries) and Emoto (electric motorcycle).

IMV was established in Vietnam on 16 May 1996.  Experiencing for more than 10 ten years operating in Vietnam, IMV has strongly developed its business in the country.  IMV becomed a Joint Stock Company on  29 May 2008 with the charter capital of 375 billion Vietnamese Dong. In addition to the head office and factory in Ho Chi Minh City, IMV has 3 branches in Ha Noi, Da Nang and Can Tho cities. IMV also successfully expanded its business lines to produce more variety of products to supply the increasing demand of both the domestic and overseas markets.

Currently, IMV’s principal activities are to manufacture rolled films, cameras, photographic papers under the Fujifilm brand; photo frames, baby plastic feeding bottles and cosmetics under the Pigeon brand; skincare products under the Kaila brand; producing and assembling two-wheeled electric powered vehicle under the Emoto brand; producing different kinds of electric switches and outlets.
